Water consists of two atoms of hydrogen and one of oxygen, essential for the development of all living things. Pure water is the healthiest for our organism and necessary for good hydration drink.

Most of the population is chronically dehydrated from not getting water, replacing sugary sodas and preference, not realizing that by not taking water the body naturally detoxifies.

The composition of our body contains from 55% and up to 78% water depending on the complexion of each person. With water consumption it helps reduce our body thickness in the blood, thereby reducing the development of blood clots, which are causing heart attacks.

The body needs to consume water, it is advisable to take at least a glass of water every two hours to achieve natural detoxification. It is recommended that water consumption in women should be 2.7 liters and 3.7 liters men; pregnant women and nursing mothers are advised to seek consume up to 3 liters of water daily as this helps to have more milk to breastfeed in order to stay hydrated.

Water is a natural drink with no calories and is essential for the healthy development of life; Water helps cleanse our body as our skin, kidneys, etc. It is healthy to keep the habit of drinking water, taking with us a bottle of water, as this habit achieved it feel better, do not expect to be thirsty helps your body feel hydrated and therefore feel better.

The important thing here is to eat healthy foods that are high in water and tea, juice, and lemonade. They should avoid the use of sugar extent possible. The body expels water in different forms including sweat or steam exhalation of breath, a sick person loses more fluids and that is why you need to consume more water.

For athletes is essential water consumption since sweating is one of the forms of water loss.

The water used for drinking, cooking, preparing food, cleaning, in agriculture, in fun, to extinguish fires, food processing industry, etc.
